REFUND POLICY & DELIVERY

 

We strictly don't do REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES as everything is made to order for each customer. Please see size chart before you place the order. Please make sure you 100% want the item before buying. We also cant exchange anything if you decide the item dosent suit you. We can only amend garments once and send back to you.  All items need to be posted back within 7 days of you receiving the item.  If you have any concerns about sizes please email us customerservice@blondethelabel.com.

Samples are strictly non refundable and non exchangeable as they are sold cheaper and sold as seen.

Care instructions

please dry clean or delicately hand wash as this is customers responsibility to look after the product. We are not responsible for any damage to the product once washed. 

Once the item has been posted we are not liable for any missing parcels or late parcels you will need to speak to Royal Mail service and you are liable to make sure you pick up any missed parcels as this is your responsibility and we are not responsible. If the parcel is sent back to us you need to pay post costs again to post back as this is not our responsibility.

If you are 17 years or younger please ask your parents/guardians permission before you purchase from our store or website. PLEASE make your parent/guardian aware of our refund policy.

Delivery

When sending your item to you, it will be sent out as soon as the garment has been made and will be sent 'Tracked 24'. You will receive your product between 2-3 weeks after order is placed. If you do need a garment sooner please email us. If there is a problem with the shipping please do not hesitate to contact us via customerservice@blondethelabel.com.
